Lev 21 lc here. Reaaon i dont pick her often is because of save supports being somewhat of meta.
If they show pugna, omni, dazle, bane etc. (Ones thar can mess up your duel) then its not worth picking lc no matter ehat their carry matchup is. But other than that shes goated.
As an lc spammer my bans are Omniknight, Pugna, Dazzle , bane.

Rn having like 800 rankied games on lc and i can say that lc in current patch is one of the strongest heros. Specially on offlane cuz most people just play autoattack carry heros like void, drow, am, thats always a free win if you know a little bit how the game works. Also lc´s mechanics are very easy to learn. Still i miss when you could cast Q where ever you want. Now when you cast it it will just be around your hero. It was perfect to break blinks before blinking on somebody. Great Video tho 👍
