Unique late 30`s home with many interior features! Granny flat with an operation set up?

Hey house lovers and explorers! This video I take a look through a very interesting and unique late 30`s home. Cheers to Ian again who gave me the tip on this one he saw in his travels.
This home has art deco features typical of the era and the beautiful dark wood combined with red brick also common around leading into the 40`s. Lots of varied wall papers and light fixtures also a revamp of it seems in the 70`s that included an added section at the back and a granny flat that seems to have been used for an operation of some sort. A salvage process had begun but plenty to look at still. Hope you all enjoy, cheers for watching :-)
