@Steezus I honestly think it was just stylistic filming. The ledge is slanted and he slanted the camera to match the angle of the ledge making it appear flat. Personally, as someone who does video for a living, that got me fired up. I thought it was a super cool idea and dope filming!
Underrated company imo, definitely have some of the best skaters, and the boards are crazy good, I have the Yuri impact light and ordered another one straight away it's that good.

True story. 2016 i was in a Nike SB demo in south america. The pros where P-rod, Luan Oliveira, Shane O'Neill, Sean Malto and also some other "ams". Of course everyone where killing it, but there was this one guy that i never heard or seen before that blow my mind; powerfull style, insane consistency, throwing down hardflip bs lipslide on the handrail first try and other gnarly shit: It was Yuri Facchini. Seen this guy skate live its something special. One of my favorite skaters since that day.
The Almost Impact Light Yuri board is my favorite ever board, it look's sick and feel's so poppy and really light, quality and price is insane to. Gonna order a couple more when they re-stock, crazy good boards!!
I remember talking about diagonal fisheye filming on SP because some people used to film manuals on vx all diagonal and it always came out really sick in 4:3. You could get closer to the wheel without losing vertical resolution (you can fit more skater in the 720x480 frame because there's more diagonal resolution going corner to corner.) I've seen dudes get crazy close on manuals using that technique (chris thiessen is a good example of crooked vx master). I just think it really accentuates the noseblunt here. You can see how blunted it is cuz the camera angle is blunted.
When that guy said "cant wait until you come to the us to skate real spots" i had that Hold My Beer moment because one thing is for sure, that nasty bumpy ground turns everyone who skates it a better skater, bc those are not skate spots, they're churches set of stairs that have been suffering under the weather for prob more than 100 years now.... yalls buttery ass ground could never raise a yuri faccini. much respect for the brazilian legend
This is the vibe I miss now on the “live” show with just the 3. It doesn’t have the same energy and homies kicking it vibe as 5 does. Miss having Eldy & Steezus in the mix.
It's so funny how hard they go to preserve the integrity of skate culture !! lolol so afraid were gonna interpret their words in a negative way when were all just down to earth skaters watchin this....they prolly had sum shweebs in the comment complaining about how critical they are of the ins n outs of how these tricks went down meanwhile these dudes have nothing but love n respect for the skaters...just be yourselfs , you guys are great n you also happen to be skate royalty !! so speak freely my friends I love seeing these clips thru pros eyes.
