I've tried my best for over an hour but I absolutely can not get my cheek pads back in on my Corsair X. Nothing clicks into place. I dont know what to do, have to bring it back to the store and if they cant reinstall I'll have to return it.
Can you install a Cardo freecom 4 if the neck roll isn’t removable with the regent x. Will the plastic adapter slip between the neck roll and the shell on the side, can’t purchase the helmet if I can’t install cleanly without damaging the neck roll
Yes, while the Regent-X neck roll may not be removable the ends of the neck roll are still not permanently attached to the shell of the helmet. So the plastic mounting plate will slide on to the shell with no issue.
@@AraiHelmetAmericas just to confirm, I can attach the Cardo plastic adapter between the neck roll and the shell just below the left side, roughly in the middle under the shield pod covers with no issue. I tried to to find images and videos about this, but all I find is people damaging the neck roll trying to remove it. From the images I found, it looks like the neck roll is glued too the shell just under the shield pod covers. Let me know thanks. Also all my local dealers in Canada seem not to have the helmet in frost black L, example like FortNine.ca. I’m hope this will change very soon.
@@privatei4772 Yes the plastic bits can slide between the neckroll and the shell. Cardo is the best one to always talk to about the proper installation of their products.
I just bought the aria quantum x after having the RF1400 for a year. I am so mad I am ready to throw it in the trash. 1000$ ameican. Coms don't fit, can't get the damn cheek pads back in with or without coms and of course, the store is closed until Tuesday when I am at work. I am so freaking mad. They said there was cut outs for coms .. there isnt.. they said it was easy it is fing impossible and to be honest the comparison between the RF1400 and the aria . The shoei is a much better built helmet. It didn't fit my head well and damn near ripped my ears off every time I removed it so I went looking for something else. I COULDNT BE MORE DISAPPOINTED AND FURIOUS in my purchase of this garbage
