I like Russell Martins style of play. Very similar to Ipswich. Not easy to replace Russell with another manager that can win, what was it? 22 unbeaten championship matches maybe more, cant remember... Should the answer be that the players are tired because its at the end of the season? or is Russell Martin really to blame here. Personally i thinks hes a quality manager
