Tbh the amount of times I’ve been in the hospital for epilepsy is crazy! Being diagnosed at 1 and a half and finding out that heat triggers is a real kick in the ass
Honestly, this makes me cry. I was diagnosed with epilepsy last year and I have not been feeling good about it. Last time I went into a seizure, I spent three days in the hospital. This makes me feel a little bit better.
Honestly this made me cry, my dad has seizures ever since he was young. They are usually happen when he is really stressed or sleep deprived. It’s scary when he does have them, when I was a kid sometimes he would have them when it was only me and my brothers home, we would call the 199 because we didn’t know what to do. And just hear him in pain in another room because we were terrified of seeing him. I always feel guilty, if they happen when he gets stressed, isn’t it partly my fault? Idk, he would get depressed after them and sometimes get drunk because of his sadness. So yeah, I get scared thinking one day he’ll get them while driving or when he’s alone and no one can help him… he could never wake up from one. Sorry, didn’t mean to sound super sad, but I never tell anyone how i feel about this. So, to anyone with this, just know it’s not your fault, and people don’t consider you a burden at all:) you should be loved and cared for
Yep I haven’t had a sezizure for 2 years knock on wood but I do still have them I take meds for them I had a bunch when I was little I appreciate this A lot I rarely see Autism comfort or sezizure comfort so ❤

I suffer from Epilepsy too there was this one time my class was going on a field trip and i had it the day before the field trip so i couldn't go.after i went home last night i had one so i ended up going to the Hospital🏥 where i had to stay there for 2 days
