@@reasonerenlightened2456 The Angel Mini (aka Angel 20K GS) is in a whole different league, a it is a commercial juicer costing about 10 times as much. The Mini can process up to 20kg per hour, where a home Angel should be given a rest after 1 or 2 kilos, depending on the produce.
Hi, So which screen is recommended if I want to homogenise soft sprouted whole grain berries? Basically I want to make a dough from raw soft sprouted wheat berries, than make thin roti/flat bread and dehydrate them. Which screen is best for what I want to do? Thank you
We've never tried that, but if they are soft - something that are easily crushed - I would recommend the grinding screen. It is lower pressure, but should mix and crush them more effectively without excess pressure.
The stainless steel in Angel juicers isn't coated with anything. The 5500 and 7500 models have a content of 18% chromium and 8% nickel, while the 8500 has 16% chromium, 10% nickel, and 2% molybdenum for added corrosion resistance.
Hey Dan - sorry I just saw your message. This is great to know 😃. How can I order one copy? I have been ordering things to UK juicers, I was just wondering whether this belongs to EU juicers?
Neither are officially recommended by Angel, and we've never tried them. Dates are so sticky that the outlet may get clogged. Sesame paste may be possible with roasted black sesame seeds.
Hi Yvonne. We've tried it, and the result was more like sesame powder. Really you would need a heat source to release the oils. Probably the best way is with a blender - the friction will create heat. But it's usually much easier if you add a little oil to help it along, and make sure to use roasted sesame seeds.
Unless you live right by the sea, I don't see the benefit. The 316 offers higher corrosion resistance to salty air and other chemicals. But 304 is fine for most cases.
Unbalanced when pressing down. Also pulp comes out sides. Sometimes juice leaks from god knows where. Not easy to clean main machine unit near connection to rollers. Virtually impossible to clean part that clamps on the filters.
While true dairy-based ice cream cannot be made in a juicer, the Angel can make great fruit sorbet using the ginding screen. www.eujuicers.com/search?term=grinding+screen

I always enjoy your videos - thanks 🙏
would you say the angel jucier is the best jucier within the twin gear and even better jucie quality then a 2 stage jucier?

Hi Dan
Out of curiosity, do you know where we could get the book from Dr Lee (Lifestyle and incurable diseases)?
Thanks
Jenny
Hi jenny
We received the pre-printing run copy. It seems there was a delay in the printing. We've had them on order for some time now.

Can black sesame paste or date paste be made in the nut butter attachment?

Hi Dan, can you tell me if it’s possible to make tahini (sesame seeds) with the nut butter screen?

EUJUICERS.COM Hi Dan, thank you so much for your fast reply. This is a very helpful answer. Thank you again. Best regards, Yvonne.
Hi. What's de difference between 304 and 316 for butter attachment. Is it worth the price difference?
Unless you live right by the sea, I don't see the benefit. The 316 offers higher corrosion resistance to salty air and other chemicals. But 304 is fine for most cases.
@@euJUICERScom thank you!
any link where we can get this book please?
I love the Angel, but for nut butters I would prefer a food processor.
why is that?
Do if have to add oil ?
It's not necessary if you run the nut butter through the juicer a few times. Adding oil is just a shortcut, but it's healthier to not add it.
Hi, Dan. Did you soak the cashews in water or not?
No. Cashews are soft and don't need to be soaked for nut butter. I would definitely soak them if making cashew milk.
