    Ingredients
    30g Pork bones
    2 pcs chicken feet
    5 pcs Sweet dates
    25g Dried Lily bulbs
    28g Dried longan
    2 1/2 Tbsp Lotus seeds
    2 1/2 Tbsp Fox nut
    8 pcs dried Haui Shan
    1 pc Hairy gourd
    1 pc Fried Fish Maw
    1/8 Tsp salt
    Water
    Procedure
    1. Soak the fish maw till get soft and dried Haui shan
    2. Soak also the fox nut and lotus seeds atleast 1 hour
    3. Boil the fish maw 3 to 5 mins to away together the dried Haui Shan
    4. Boil the bones and chicken feet atleast 5 mins then rinse it well
    5. Peel the hairy gourd then cut it into bite size
    5. Put water on pot then put all the ingredients
    and then simmer for 2 hours and before eating boiled again and add very little of salt.
