Total area of the plot is 15 by 50. Parking consumes 17ft in length, hall area is 21ft long and the backside gallary is not less thn 8ft wide. How come you made bedroom? While u have consumed all the space
Bathroom design are not good. Washbasin ka use maximum time hota hai din mein so that should be nearest to gate. So toilet seat should be on onse side of the gate then washbasic just in fronth of gate and on the other side of the gate there should be shower area with glass partition. In all bathroom in this villa washbasin is in corner so you have to cross wet area to reach washbasin. And wet area is with toilet seat. It doesn't look good to have bath near to toilet seat. Architect have no knowledge or sense.
