- Twinbla- ..Sorry I meant; Cringeblast is one of those Heroes that I've been enjoying a lot playing in Offlane. Although it's not his recommended role, you can honestly make people hate trying to get ontop of you. Although he can have some hard counters, this game was pretty easy to keep distance and abuse some item Interactions!

Is this build still viable with the changes that came out ?
Probably not. See my recent twinblast on-hit build or my carry build guide video, it's much better than this now.

I think an easy nerf would be to nerf his q, so it can’t pierce players units, it’s currently way too good and is a new ability he never even had in paragon (not that this totally matters)
I think they need to look at item interactions first. Something like painweaver shouldn't be as strong on ranged heroes for example.
that serath not putting pressure on you early game lost them the game. letting adc s farm and dominate a lane on there own is a death signal. also the shinbi made some weird decisions. she lost way to many waves early and went behind on xp and gold. that is like the worst she could do. if she waited and kept getting xp plus some cs. she would have killed you after min 14. if their jgl helped her at least ab bit early game. nevertheless. i enjoy your content. keep it up and we will probably see each other ingame.

True, but the same could be said if you put pressure and camp a specific lane; you're bound to fall behind, but of course there's more reasons to hit a ranged offlaner.

The build is pretty much ideal in high tier games..With the exception of going demo over perf as I explained in the video.
