This is the best possible lineup of Death members that could be put together for something like this. If only Chuck was alive...this lineup with him would be feaking insane. They are the best musicians he ever had. Reinert was on Gene's level as a player, but sadly, he is gone too.
Bobby's probably the only successor to Andy that could do a credible cover of his solo. Shannon is an absolute sweep picking beast, but this solo didn't seem to fit his playing style when he played it live.
Thinking that i'll never see them live because i live in Brazil makes me really sad, i wish that one day they come to here so i can see this work of art and expression through music.
Don't give up hope bro, it seems like this lineup has been touring quite successfully in the USA, maybe they take the show on the road to south america.
excellent. also.. must be really nice for the players to actually be touring playing the material after all the original tour problems when chuck was still here.
Well considering earth is probably just 0s an 1s inside a computer itself an it seems the past can be rewritten as part of the power we have. The future was probably written a long time ago as part of the story line. I'm trying to figure it out but I think a lot of the music is being auto generated based upon the given moment an not all of it pre programmed soundtrack

I love Bobby's take on Andy's solo, kept it close to the original, but still added his own flair.
Bobby is legit af
I would say that this solo is right up Bobby's alley. Similar style of melodic controlled chaos between him and Andy, if that makes sense.
of all the guitar greats to play in death, bobby still has the wildest tone..

That's always been my favorite solo on any Death record and Bobby did it absolute justice.
The effort Gene Hoglan puts in bringing to life a Reinert's composition reveal how geniuses both are!
Thanks for share it
The guitar solo in that song is unworldly. I get goosebumps everytime I listen to it.
Gene is a beast

July 2023 hasn't happened yet but we already have footage of it. Isn't technology amazing?!
March 7th is the date. The USA orders the numbers differently.
@rioforge111 yeah, you're a bit like Sheldon from The Big Bang Theory when it comes to sarcasm, aren't you?
@@eamonahern7495 sorry, poor old me wasn't ready for such an expertly written, fun and sarcastic comment
