To your point about 21 min in, I remember a few years ago reading Alma 45:1 and a line from “More Holiness Give Me” popped into my head-‘more praise for relief’. In this account, the armies of Moroni had just delivered the Nephites from the hands of the Lamanites led by Zerahemnah, and one of their reactions was to fast and pray in response to their deliverance. It was a good prompt that has stuck with me since to remember to praise God for relief from trials by fasting in response sometimes. Thanks as always for a wonderful lesson!
Thank you for teaching "with power". Thank you for made me understand Isaiah better, and through him to know better my savior Jesus Christ. Thank you, thank you for your time.
Thank you so much for your insights thoughts and teachings of Isaiah I have gained a better appreciation for Isaiah by following your lessons Thanks again😊
I always enjoy your insights. As a former participant in track and field I especially enjoyed the racing analogies and - although I have seen it before - the Heather Dornidan race. Paul tells us, " Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain." The race we are running doesn't have just one winner, but our Heavenly father wants us to run the race of life the best we can so we can eventually claim the prize of eternal life.
Sorry, but I'm confused. The last word of Chapter 58, verse 8...should it be "rearward" rather than "reward"? I thought "rearward" meant guarding our back rather than as a reward or recompense. Can you clarify for me, please?
Thank you!! I am young in faith. I so appreciate you sharing your wisdom.

I caught that as well, and I agree with your interpretation, which is supported by the footnote.
Good bye Isaiah.😞
