I could have gone faster with some of the 6 mm cuts as they were fairly open but once it was running I just left it and it was soon done. I don’t have compressed air and coolant to keep the chips clear so there always is a risk of chip weld. The 3 mm work was done slowly as it was my last 3mm cutter and that was my only free slot this week. Compressor is on the wish list then I can safely cut much faster. Thanks
Wow you ran that ATI 5770 into the dirt. I have it's big brother (5870) hanging on my wall as art since it's a dinosaur. Solid cards back it the day though. Love the build series. Keep them coming. Should be coming out faster with the faster GPU now ;)
Its amazing what people can do in their workshops...great work!
Thank you !
Excellent watching as always! Making a heirloom there.
Cheers Matt. Hope I finish it before she is too old to care and wants a real car !
Thats has got to be the saddest brush I’ve ever seen you used, took me a second to realize what I was looking at xD
I like getting my money’s worth !
Are you sure you can’t run the cnc way faster?
I mean it’s pretty stirdy...
Sweet work altogether though!

Thank you. Feels like a big step closer to completion with some of those trickier jobs done.
