This was concise and helpful and saved me trying to beg the assembly off a coworker. Part number I used was a00J563600. IMPORTANT EDIT: This might be a 4-series and i-series difference, but you can't just swap the roller, as the cores are different. Pull the rubber off both the new roller and old and put the new rubber on the plastic core of the old.
