Waking up, preparing to go to work, going to work, play video games until midnight. That's how I do everyday. It goes on and on and on and the cycle of the daily routine never ends. Until one day, while I was walking to my usual route going home, I have found a shining 'thing' in a box near the pile of trash near my apartment. Curiosity gotten to me first before I rationally think about whether to check the glowing thing or not. I walked on closer to see...it's a glowing star inaudibly crying. 1:07-1:40 It's a curious thing, I thought. I try to reach and touch it. It saw me and it was scared. I didn't know what else to do. I raised my hands to show I'm friendly. I smile, then showing it that I am friendly by taking my sandwich from my bag and I gave it to the Star. It inspects the food and begun eating. Then it became happy, shining brightly. I wanted to help the poor star get back on its feet, so I asked it to come with me. Even though inaudible, it agreed and then floats around with me. Then we walked home. Before we get in, I called the little thing 'Star'. 1:41-2:46 Still doing my daily grind, the star insisted to come with me everyday, so I agreed. At first the people were confused but overtime they're mostly amazed that some friendly thing is coming with me and being helpful with those around it, bringing happiness all around. It even assists me to my work so we can spend time together, like playing my favorite game or watching the sunset from the apartment rooftops eating ice cream and reflecting the day. The star acts like a child, wanting to eat everywhere. It's sometimes spoiled but I came to love it even though it's sometimes annoying, but the annoyance disappears when I see it sleep. It feels like I'm a father of an adopted child, tiring, but worth it. 2:47-3:19 One day, it woke up suddenly, glowing brightly like it's being called somewhere. It stood up and floated on its own, going up the roof to where we always watch the sunset. I followed it, called its name, but it urged to go. It took my hand and lead the way, then pointing to the sky where we see a beautiful shooting stars. It began to talk, saying "I should go", in a woman's voice. I urged her to stay but the star shook its head. "Come with me". I nodded. The star took my hand and float away. I can feel my body being lifted up and then being pulled by an overwhelming force. 3:20-4:04 I can see that I've been lifted up. The g-force I feel is too intense, my conscious is fading, but the star supported me and she let me see all the wonders of the universe, going from place to place in the speed of light. It might be fast but in our perspective, it is slow. I can see life, full of happiness and joy. The star looked at me as it came back to the apartment rooftop, putting me down. 4:05-4:48 "It was fun" She said, glowing brightly. I can feel that she's sad. I was sad too, but I know we will never see each other again. I smile, tears in my eyes as she then transformed to a beautiful girl right before my eyes. She has blonde hair, blue eyes, wearing a blue long dress that shapes her body. I was stunned by her beauty. She floated closer and kissed me. I close my eyes as the bittersweet feeling grew. Her lips are soft. If it weren't for my tears I would feel the tears in her eyes as well. "Let's meet someday". When I opened my eyes, she disappeared, like a dream.
