    I forgot to list the pouring medium! The PM is Sherwin Williams HGTV Ultra Deep Base untinted house paint mixed with Minwax Polyacrylic varnish in Gloss. It’s a 2:1 ratio Paint to varnish. Since I’m using Golden Fluid Acrylics, I add several drops of color to approximately 3 oz. of PM and mix. No water added. If using tube paint you’ll need a tiny bit of water to get the same consistency.

      I like how you aren’t afraid to show us to scrape away anything we’re not happy with. You share what you like and don’t like about a piece. Then scrape and start again. It shows us that even a professional artist isn’t always happy with the creation, and not afraid to admit it

    Talking about your tub that you have your spinner in. I’d like to share with you and your viewers what I use. Here in Aus ( and probably over there) you can buy a little wading pool at Bunnings for $20. I pour in it , place my spinner in it and when my paint drys, it peels right off, just like a silicone mat, only cheaper!

    • @lizzieroseart8434
      @lizzieroseart8434 4 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      I have it sitting between 2 tables because it doesn’t have to take a lot of weight. One table was a little shorter but I just levelled it with some wood. The upper lip of the pool is 3 ft x3 ft . The base is round with 28 inch diameter

    • @lizzieroseart8434
      @lizzieroseart8434 4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      I suppose I could have just sat it on top of the table but I prefer the height how it is , just over 30 inches. I use my spinner on top of my bars, on a small piece of plywood
