To avoid detection, Finrod used his powers to disguise them as Orcs. Sauron found them out and proceeded to have a battle with Finrod. Not with weapons, but with songs of power. Sauron defeated Finrod and captured them all. Finrod than went on to die fighting a wolf-like beast while imprisoned, killing it and saving Beren in the process. Just when The opening of your Black Legion song reminded me of the Mordor Theme, you've gone and made a song for Sauron, love the inclusion of the "Ash Nazg Durbatuluk, Ash Nazg Gimbatul, Ash Nazg Thrakatuluk, Agh Burzum-Ishi Krimpatul" from what's inscribed on the One Ring, all of the Black Speech being added is a really nice touch to the song as a whole.

I understand your perspective, but Sauron is the great deceiver and he appears very good, and trustworthy, but deep down he is evil, and later he reveals it. He played as a huge deceiver in rings of power becuase he needed to create the rings. But later on we see his true darkside in the hobbit and lord of the rings.

But its the way they went about his deception that rubs me the wrong way. He sounds more like a nagging housewife than a manipulator. And added in their own little lore bits such as being hunted by the orcs. Not mentioning the cringy acting and lame storytelling. If they added bits into the story to manify it like they did with Legolas, I would have been thrilled. But overall I do agree with you in book terms :>

It's surprisingly close to Steve Blum's Sauron, it's unfortunate how much they filtered his voice for Shadow of War cause I think Shadow of Mordor had it perfect.

This is not voice acting persee, but I LOVE how similar to the first Shadow of Mordor's Sauron voice. I love this song so much. It is perfect, it is just perfection. The way the lyrics are written are masterful.
It's surprisingly close to Steve Blum's Sauron, it's unfortunate how much they filtered his voice for Shadow of War cause I think Shadow of Mordor had it perfect.

One thing I feel is that I think where it sings "It has begun, the east will fall" I feel it should be "The West Shall Fall" since Sauron had dominion over all of land to the East and South and basically all that remains was Middle Earth. But hey I'm just some guy on the Internet where everyone and anyone is a critic. Anyhow keep up the work and look forward to your future songs.
