It’s not empty,I downloaded the file from the link in your description,I copied and pasted with Zarchiver,enabled it on my ppsspp gold but it still didn’t show
Ok make sure the file name is ULUS10582.INI not ULUS10582.INI.TXT and that you copied it to the cheats file in psp sorry for asking lots of questions 😄
