Hey i know why josh doesn't sing anymore... when he was in his old band (house of heroes) he was on stage playing the drums and it was his turn to sing his bit but as he was playing his microphone got muted for some reason and people started yelling at him, he apologized to the crowd and from then on he has had anxiety about singing :( poor jishwa

It's really hard to find a video of Josh genuinely trying to sing well, outside of goofing around or being drowned out by group vocals. But there is ONE rare clips I found (which isn't hard to locate) -- it's on TH-cam, it's called "Josh Dun singing and Tyler Joseph playing the drums in Anathema (2011)". They do the alternating vocal parts, and you can hear (just barely, under all the noise) Josh having to genuinely sing to the best of his abilities, solo and without harmonized accompaniment. And you can tell he's terrified because his voice is quivering. But he pulled it off very well I think.
