What happen at 1:14? Is that Urgent Order but that not grant my Falcon one more action to fight the 2nd guy. Also this may not work if you not have some strong Destroyer type Class like Beryl

No that is the pursuit order which allows you to act again cost 200 tactic point.
0:54 This was my mistake, just run out of her range then on the next turn you can easily beat her without facing the shielder or tank.
