CFL Class 1800 GM diesellok / diesel locomotive STAB 1802 in action in Göteborg - 4k60

- Luxemburgska statsbanorna CFL köpte 20 stycken klass 1800 diesellok som levererades 1963 och 1964. Dom byggdes av BN i Belgien och hade GM dieselmotorer. Nummer 1802 kom till Sverige 2013 och STAB Svensk Tågkraft AB målade om det.
Filmat 11-januari-2022 vid Sävenäs i Göteborg (Filmat i 4k i sextio bilder per sekund).
CFL (Société Nationale des Chemins de Fer Luxembourgeois), the Luxembourg state railways purchased 20 class 1800 diesel locomotives delivered in 1963 and 1964. They were built by BN Bruxelles et Nivelles locomotive works in Nivelles Belgium and were powered by a General Motors diesel engine.
Locomotive 1802 made it to Sweden in 2013. Owner STAB Svensk Tågkraft AB has repainted the locomotive.
Shot on 11-January-2022 in 4k60 (looks a lot better on a 4k TV or monitor) at Sävenäs in Göteborg.
0:06 - 1800 parked, but running.
0:13 - Some jokester has put an "Övningskör" (student driver) sign for automobiles on the front of the locomotive.
0:18 - The rumble of the engine from the top of the bridge. It also smells like diesel fumes (focused through the grate of the fence). Parked next to Rc4 1151 and Rc4 1303.
0:25 - The locomotive departs past the Sävenäs Lokstation (locomotive works) from 1926, passing Green Cargo Rc4 1176, Rc4 1166, Rm 1261, Rc4P 1291, and T44 334.
0:50 - Green Cargo Rc4 1166 was built by ASEA in Västerås in 1976 and delivered in Amtrak colors on loan to them in the United States where it was used between Washington DC and New York City at speeds up to 200km/h. It was classified as locomotive X995. The test were successful and became the foundation for Amtrak AEM7 locomotives. The locomotive used to have commemorative plaques on the outside and inside, commemorating its adventure across the Atlantic.
1:43 - The locomotive accelerates and rumbles onto Västra Stambanan and goes right toward Gamlestaden and Marieholm.
2:32 - Bonus - Västra Stambanan just east of Sävenäs Rangerbangård closed for track work on 1-June-2019.
The CFL1800 is similar to the Belgian class 55, only 6 of them are in service I believe in Belgium .. very nice video!

It is a little more angular than the V200, but there is definitely a similarity. I think the V200 is a more beautiful locomotive than the CFL class 1800. Thank you for watching!

@@the_vehicle_spotter Det känns ju som dessa urgamla diesellok, som detta nästan sextio år gamla lok, och T43, TMY, TMX, TMZ, etc. inte kan vara kvar så länge till, men det är ju synd från ett tågdiggarperspektiv när dessa försvinner. Till och med dom nyaste T44 är 35 år gamla nu!
