Thank you for the nice video.. I have a question.. Is it possible to upload designs not done on illustrator? Because I don't have it and when I want to proof my design it always appears pixelated..
How can I fix this issue?

Yeah you can upload designs from whatever program you like to use. Spoonflower requests a file with 150 dpi. When you start using the proofing tool it is really zoomed in which can make it look pixelated but as you zoom out it doesn’t. Is it still pixelated when zoomed out?

Thanks for the video. Have you noticed any glitches with the proofing tool (which is still in beta mode)? When I make striped designs, there's always a misalignment issue in the proofer. It seems like the algorithm moves things by a pixel, making correct designs look like they're not correct?

Yeah sometimes I notice glitches too. It makes me double check my files but when I am sure that it is seamless I just ignore it and proof it anyway

      Spoonflower recommends uploading in RGB.
