    Hi Eboh,
I've been watching a few if your videos on aerial views if a lot of the cities and towns in the east, and as a Yoruba man, I must say, it does appear that N'digbo sure as a better town planning programme and aesthetics as well which is just brilliant.
I remember seeing a few pics of Calabar awhile back and was very much impressed at how beautiful the ranch at Ogudu was....as someone who is resident in the UK and often looking for places to visit for holidays, I believe channels like yours and other vloggers in Naij is the way to go to get tourism going....just so long as security and power can be maintained, Nigeria can derive HUGE incomes from tourism from westerners

Anambra State got the highest number of millionaires in Nigeria , the best buildings in SE, the highest road network due to the fact that all the 21 local council areas are densely populated with little or no uninhabited land between and amongst towns.
But these doesn't rule out the fact that most of Anambra settlement pattern is mostly nucleated causing so many inner streets to meander.
And the different households build their fences and houses with little gap to each other.
Many of the houses don't have compound.
Most of the inner streets can't be passed by two cars, traveling in opposite directions at same time without the other waiting at a broader spot.
Note that I live and commute around most Anambra towns and villages

Awka is an upcoming capital, it street roads needs attention, expansion and sweep away sands that covers the roads. @@MrBerry_1 🤣🤣 Owerri is a glorified village that's littered with bad roads, dirty sandy roads and filth. Anambra is the America of Imo indigenes, that's why your parents left your backward shithole Imo state and relocated to Anambra(Onitsha) many decades ago. Anambra is equally a modern state with streetlights, traffic lights, etc, infact imo most indigenes saw FLYOVERS for the first time when they first arrived in Onitsha. Owerri is a rural area that doesn't even have common FLYOVER in the 21st century, is it the village you are comparing to beautiful city like Awka? Owerri is a filthy dilapidated jungle just like most parts of Imo state, that's why most Imo indigenes are trooping to Onitsha, Awka and other parts of Anambra for greener pasture. Onitsha, Enugu, Awka, Abakaliki are the modern cities in igbo land. Aroma FLYOVER, Kwata FLYOVER, Amawbia FLYOVER, Ziks house/junction, ABS junction, Nkpor FLYOVER, Headbridge, etc are some of the places you can find traffic lights in Anambra, but there is none in the whole of Imo state. The messy condition of Owerri requires that it should be demolished completely and be rebuilt from the scratch because it's roads are dilapidated, needs expansion, the town needs total overhaul. Maybe after rebuilding shithole Owerri it could match Awka city by 50%, not even 70%. 🤣🤣
