Hook setting is for larger lures. Most small hooks set themselves. Def no need to yank like that

Funny you saw the same fish Cody lost… barely believable without a camera. I actually broke off of a steelhead at my swivel and a guy snagged my line with the hook in the fishes mouth still and landed it. I got my hook and bead back took pictures and got a good laugh from it! 🤣
