When you're adding antifreeze to the engine, pour it in the upper radiator hose. That engine fills up with antifreeze. Then, fill the radiator up. Keep doing ya thang big dawg
As someone already said one fan is to call the engine and the other fan is for the AC! I'll give you credit bro for doing most of the work yourself you're on point! I had a similar issue on my Cutlass last year and I just ran a toggle switch to the fan for my engine and so far zero issues

Might have a small air pocket in the coolant system full up the top radiator hose first with coolant to push the air pocket out and then hurry up and put the hose back on the radiator and then full up the radiator

You should be able to run the seperate relays to one switch this way both fans operate together. You have A/C so you want them both to fire up when that's on too. I would just run a manual switch to both fans, this way you can turn them on or off yourself. Those relays can get really complicated with a/c and trying to have them fire up with a set temp. Man you have built a complete monster, def enjoying the ride!!!!!!!

Ike u did a great job on this build my boyy can't wait till u get the tune so u can cut up but after u get the multilayer gaskets make sure to get some locking header bolts so they don't back off every 15min..i use stage 8 bcus i got so tired of loose header bolts since then never had another issue with a bolt loosing up again.

Ike make sure you get the right cold air filter without the metal button on it. Some filters known for that button to get sucked into the intake. I have one on my turbo truck. Look up a filter for turbo setups.
They both should come on, but they both gonna come on at a different temperature, but for the majority of the time the one fan should cool it off before the other one has to come on
On your Holley terminator x max hand held have you went back in on the fan temperature set up for fan number 2 to see why it’s not coming on? If you have it set at 0 on the temperature side for it to come on it will not come on at all double check that setting
My Bother get yourself some Wetter Water and add to your coolant, to help bring down the temperature on your motor. All race car circuits use it when antifreeze only cools to a certain temp! Your motor will run better as well!
Also gonna have to scale back your sensors if when you first come out in the morning before you start the car look at the outside temperature outside and then go inside of the computer with the key on motor not running and look at the temperature of the coolant temp sensor and see what the difference is in between the temperature that the sensor says and the temperature that it is outside and that’ll tell you how much you have to scale it back then that would make your temperature right
If you tie both fans into 1 relay that’s rated for 40 amps the wires will burn up if the fans trip the relay because the fans are putting out more than 40 amps together.
I haven’t watched all through the video, but you said some very important. Check your transmission fluid. You do not wanna burn that transmission out. Put your fluid in there if you need a young man getting ready to finish watching the rest of the video.
Your iat are gonna be sky high with that small of a coolant tank and no heat exchanger. I went with a 1 gallon coolant bottle and a factory zl1 heat exchanger. Temps dropped more than 30° at the end of a pass.
What’s good bro. What temp is fan 2 programmed to turn on? Sounds like your friend is telling you is worst case scenario you already know the trigger for Fan 1 works. Just tie both negative fan triggers together to the Fan 1 wire. Then both should turn on.
It's sucking in air because of the iac valve I told you about i bet your iac% is at 0 pr 100..the iac should be in between 5 and 15% only when the car is at temp then you can make adjustments and tyou ha e to do a tps rest every time you make an adjustment IAC (idle control valve)
