🔴 Photodiode || for Class 12 in Hindi

In this Physics video in Hindi we explained the working principle of Photodiode for class 12. It is a special purpose p-n junction diode which can sense light and allow current through it. When a p-n junction diode is connected with a battery in reverse bias and the junction is coated with transparent material, the light incident on the surface dislodges electron from the semiconductor atom, hence produce current in the circuit.
