Maybe consider offering an esthetic package for the high end clients. Wrap the treated wood with some stained rough cedar, carve the dogs name in it, etc. If youre ever doing work in Texas and need a hand holler at me!
if you want to go to the extra extra mile I did this with my brother we build a two canel for our dogs we put some solar panels on top we got on amazon and we put a AC system on top and a heating like the outdoor retaurants for the cold days and the hot days. helps with the smell to dogs love them
Just a bit of advice, take it out leave it when you secure your corrugated tin to the roof they sell screws 1 ¹/⁴ with a wider head and rubber washer underneath so that water doesn't leak through. I built a chicken coop the same way as you did and eventually it leaked. Other than that you did some tight work👌👌👌

I’m a construction supervisor out here in Jersey. You have to cover/protect yourself before anything. ALWAYS make sure that anyone helping you has the right PPE on. PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT !!! -SAFETY GLASSES - GLOVES - MASKS etc.etc.etc!! Trust me bro, you have to look out for you and protect what you’ve worked hard for. Friends become foes real quick when there’s an opportunity to make some easy money. Not saying you surround yourself with people like that but just trust me. Lastly, if someone shows up hurt to work already, from somewhere else, DOCUMENT IT!!! And have them sign it. Wish you the best bro. Peace.
