What's the word he says @2:40 after the word courage?

I believe it's 'sprezzatura' - Italian word meaning a kind of effortless grace, looking good/cool/talented without having to try

I was just wondering how everyone, or almost everyone, in Shakespeare playing to be somebody else. It's not something which only villains do. They are all what they are not.

really good ... thank you. . I know that those speeches of Viola are amazing ... but weirdly I don't know why. How is it that the Willow cabin speech is so nipple-tweakingly beautiful? I just don't know. Honestly. But it has given me goose bumps since I was 15 years old. There is something incredibly erotic about the girl as a boy fancying a bloke thing. Utterly weird.... As You Like it is the same. So .... erotic. And beautiful. And strange. And Shakespeare knew that, the dirty bugger.
