one thing you might try is to put body back together minus doors, trunk lid, and hood. Then you can use body filler to fill in gaps, sand that, and then paint. Also try cleaning the tires instead of painting them.
You can see the brush strokes where you weathered the dash and floor on the "old rusted" car pre "restoration" you should thin the paint you use to make the car look old and dirty and try using a stippling motion rather than brushing to make the old rusted car look more convincing. Vallejo and AK also make mud effects acrylics that you should consider as they look really convincing

Fyi this is NOT a Eleanor restoration it's just a 67' GT500 model Eleanor has a cut in the front air dam/bumper so big difference. I have 3 of this model.
