I just came back from SLT 101 ( technical drawing) and we were taught this cycloid but I didn't understand it. But I know I saw lots of circles in between the lines in class. But I'm not seeing those circles in your video. Are Those circles not important?
Lol... Thanks for reaching out. Well the circles are not necessary, they are just indicative of the movement of the circle from one point to another. What's important is where the circle intersect the horizontal lines drawn at each point as explained in this video. For a beginner, the circles will actually confuse you more. It's the reason why we have this channel to thoroughly explain and break the steps down so you are not confused and you have a clear understanding of it.
