He had gun on him, he was in driver seat of a stolen car, he was in an area of shots fire, only k dna was only on the gun which if it was planted his dna wouldn’t be. Pd did testing to see if they can tell if an item was planted. They can. It’s actually not possible to win the case the only way for them to win is prove the search was illegal or malicious prosecution to get the case thrown out. Seems fair I mean I get it, but k was warned not to do what he was about to do and didn’t listen cause of ego. He didn’t think yeager and co had a gun and went in blinded while yeager and co knew k had a gun and played against that. Cg thought it be easy for them and they are the big bad dogs and were not expecting people not to care who they are nor have they really faced the guild. Cg faced gangs and when a gang faced a syndicate they always lost in 3.0 which is something Cg didn’t know

@@cjslaton6715 nothing wrong with the server. Look Cg got outplayed big time after being warned not to get involved right. Their ego caused them to be reckless to a group they don’t know anything about, and a group that isn’t a gang. The guild has never fought wars like typical gangs because they are a syndicate and they use the information they have to their advantage same like Mary group right. They knew the plays that Cg would take and created a way for them to get as much information to fight back. Cg lost it is what it is. During the case they only had two options to get the charges thrown out if the gun didn’t have k’s dna on the weapon or had evidence proving a another had the item the case would be different and wouldn’t have been pushed. It’s sucks to lose it does, but Cg should have created connections to civs because at the end of the day you do crime you will be caught eventually. Look at Octo or Mary both have insane ratios of not getting caught in 3.0 but they still have been caught so it’s just a matter of when.
The big thing to remember is pd do not want the information about dna going to the public and if they put the gun on the judge it could expose this information and give crims the advantage so he’s right go for it. See what happens

@dk-zd5rg The DNA doesn't play part here. If they kidnap a judge and plant a gun on him and make him shoot, there's no blood evidence needed there. If anything they can see the blood from the victim that the judge "shot" and convict him even harder

@@amannaruka7353There were two witness statements. One saying K shot, the second saying the gun was planted. Unfortunately this judge ruled on the letter of the law instead of the spirit of the law. The former makes sense when originally prosecuting, the latter is appropriate in appeals. The judge in this case needs to brush up on law, or just have Crane overview all appeals.

I kinda came to that conclusion towards the end of 3.0. And it's gotten worse. They constantly whine about getting caught. MrK for example had the perfect way to be a clean figure who created arcs for lots of people. However there is one thing missing in that. Money and making his chat happy with gun gun content. He is so talented and now CG allows anything that doesn't go their way to become OOC and toxic. Which then leads to their large audiences going to cops, civs and other crims trying to make content and ruining their moods.
To be fair even when mr. K was clean they still saw him as 3.0 criminal mr. K. @adenlycosky
