    Love this! I think sometime people feel like they can't practice outdoors skills until they're in deep wilderness for "perfect" bushcrafty experience. But the thing is, the perfect time doesn't come too often. Doing stuff in your backyard is rad! I used to live in an apartment for a few years as an and bring home sticks from the park like he mentioned. Now, with a toddler in tow, we often are doing stuff in our backyard. Yes, we get to the woods occasionally, but it's not as easy. Anytime outside counts!!
