Cyclone CNC Lathe #1 Should it be scrapped or retrofitted - initial inspection

Today's episode is spontaneous about a CNC lathe that was probably already doomed to scrap, looking at how disassembled and neglected it is, but there is a chance that we will manage to save it. I apologize in advance for a few slips of the tongue in the video, but I recorded the video in an emergency at an hour when I should have been asleep long ago.
On the one hand, the machine seems like a picture of misery and despair, but on the other hand, I have great hopes for it, because its design is clearly well thought out and clumsy for such a small machine.
