Hello welcome to North Little Rock🤗I was looking at RV family uploads and your channel popped up in my feeds. Thank you for your service. May God continue to bless and keep you 🙂BTW I have family in West Plains and Poplar Bluff
Go south to Hot Springs! Get spring water at Happy Hollow! So much to do in Hot Springs. Lakes, camping. Trails. Check out Lake Ouachita. Camp at Mountain Harbor Resort. Or there is Shangri La and Brady Mountain. Come see us. It's a great place!
We like that RV park very much! We were there last year passing through and visiting friends. Also been to PEC, Army National Guard Training Center. Have fun and stay safe.
I was just in Little Rock, unfortunately for my sister's funeral. Didn't have time to see the city but plan to return to explore some of the places you guys suggest. Thanks for the video.
I'm 6'2", you get pretty good at getting through the water tight doors. No doctor, we had Vietnam hardened corpsmen for any medical stuff. I think their test depth was only 400ft, built for 600ft but they didn't have pumps that could operate reliability at that depth/water pressure. USS Kamehameha SSBN642 & USS Hammerhead SSN663 1972-1978.
You both are so funny! Glad you back to that museum that was awesome. You had nice fun facts about the appendix operation they did and after words ate there where they operated. That’s gross. Yuk! Lol! That’s nice that there’s a lot to see in Little Rock. That was cool to know about that styrofoam cup. They had something’s from the Arizona that’s nice. I would cry with that one. It was funny when you talked of Leslie’s wedding dress. Thank you for this video. Have a great day and see you soon!
That’s awesome! I catfish on my boy right by that submarine a lot before the construction started. The old mills really cool, you guys need to visit the military museum downtown Little Rock by mcarthur park. It’s not too far from the Clinton museum.
I went on one in SF Ca. I will say that the submariner‘s in war 2 were BAD ASS. I did have a hard time in the engine room, WAY not like in the movies. But way COOL.
Amazing! That last RV space, right where you were vlogging, is where we stayed for a few days on our way back to Arizona. There was no construction then, 2 years ago. Doesn't look like it has changed much. Love the night lights of the city and the Bridge. Travel Safe.🤣🤙 OLT
Not to be picky, but you camped in North Little Rock...that skyline you commented on was LittleRock, but, the sub you toured, the "Old Mill" were ALL in NLR...two different cities. In fact everything's you did was in NLR, aka Argenta, aka "Dogtown"😊
Hey guys, that was very entertaining. That tugboat stairwell, if that's where I saw it, was so scary steep. The submarine was really cool to see. Good explaining of what life on board was like! I wouldn't be able to handle those tight quarters either!
This was awesome. So funny. We need patches for the places we aren’t allowed to go now. 😂 Our wedding photos were taken at the MCAS Yuma chapel followed by reception photos at our tiny apartment and waking up to Marines crashed out all over our floor. 😂 I’d tour that. I can’t believe it doesn’t stink from the lack of shower. Surgery at the dinner table??!!
Mortality during WW2 amongst active US submariners was 25%. I believe that’s the highest amongst our soldiers during the war. They were true heroes and literally put themselves in harm’s way after the decimation of our surface fleet at Pearl Harbor. G
You had us from hello...chuckling all the way. We want to check out the Clinton Library....but Wendy says she ain't getting under the desk..😂😂😂 They docked a retired Sub about 40 miles from us in Lake Erie...now I want to go check it out and compair I might handle the cramped space ....but a sink of water just wouldn't cut it. Thanks for taking us along..🙂🙂
I live in near Little Rock, lots of cool things to do, not sure why some of the city requires vaccine cards of a negative covid test, totally not following the guideline’s. the museum is not a healthcare facility
We did engagement and baby pictures at the Old Mill. I am from Pine Bluff. It's good to see a good video about LR.
I bet those pictures are great. It is a beautiful place.

We are glad you found us. We appreciate you watching.
We were at the mill last year in June. Noticed you had on a jacket. Be thankful. It was so hot and muggy when we were there. Pretty place.
Ya we were there the first week of April and it was cool some of the days but very pleasant. The Mill was just such a beautiful place 😊
As someone who lives in little Rock this is interesting to watch!! It's nice seeing someone else's prospective!
We are glad you enjoyed it. There is so much to do there. We will definitely be back.
AWESOME video. Loved the info about "Gone With The Wind" One of my favorite movies.

It was a fun one to shoot. Just hanging out is fun.
Appreciate that information ,been living here since 2017 and never even knew it was down there.

We just moved to the Little Rock area. Love to see videos of local things that give us ideas of things to go see.
There is so much to do in Little Rock. We hope you enjoy living there. We will definitely be back someday.
Love the Old Mill!
Hanging out in my neck of woods. Lots to see here.
A ton of stuff to see and do. We will definitely be back someday.

It’s beautiful in the Fall!!!
I bet.
Leslie is right, wedding photos would be beautiful there. Great video guys!
Thanks Cindy 😁
If you are referring to the old mill yeah it's used for all kinds of photography
Hey ya’ll! Wow! Absolutely love the grist mill and grounds. What a beautiful place. Thanks for the great tour. Safe travels! 😉👍🏻
Thanks guys! It was such a beautiful place, I could have spent all day there. Hope to be able to see ya again soon!

ENJOYED YOU GUYS!!!!!
Thanks Rose
Y’all are sooo much fun to watch!!
Thanks Vicki. It makes us happy to hear you enjoy watching.
We like that RV park very much! We were there last year passing through and visiting friends. Also been to PEC, Army National Guard Training Center. Have fun and stay safe.
We will have to try the Training Center one next time.
I was just in Little Rock, unfortunately for my sister's funeral. Didn't have time to see the city but plan to return to explore some of the places you guys suggest. Thanks for the video.
So sorry to hear about your sister. We hope you get to visit Little Rock for better reasons in the future.
@@WaywardWaggs Thank you. I plan to go back this summer.
Happy Safe travels to you guys. ❤
Enjoyed the video.

Thank you for your service. 🇺🇸 I am not sure I would have survived on a sub.
Those old diesel boats are very cramped, not so much on the nuclear powered subs.

Thanks Sherri. We appreciate you watching.
I was Stationed at Little Rock Air Base.
We drove by there but did not go on post. It looked nice from outside the gate.
@@WaywardWaggs of course it was nice. It's an Air Force Base.😄
So cool. Y'all are so funny! I love following along with you. Stay safe and thanks for sharing the journey with us! Love from SC, Jane ❤️ 🙏🇺🇸
Thanks Jane! We had a great time there.
Such a beautiful place! Great shots, Dustin! ❤️❤️ Leslie, y'all could totally do photos there 🥰
We could have stayed there all day. It was beautiful.
That’s awesome! I catfish on my boy right by that submarine a lot before the construction started. The old mills really cool, you guys need to visit the military museum downtown Little Rock by mcarthur park. It’s not too far from the Clinton museum.
We will have to check that out the next time we roll through Little Rock.

It was very cool. We had never been in one that old before.

We enjoyed it. We had heard mixed reviews but we really enjoyed our stay.
The best bridge and park to visit is the Big Dam Bridge over by I-430.
Nice, thanks for the info 😊
Cool that you're from Poplar Bluff. I'm from Doniphan. 🤓

You’re officially in NORTH Little Rock…
I actually lived in Little Rock many years ago.
It's not too bad and there are a lot of things to do there.
We enjoyed Little Rock, staying at the Corps of Engineers campground right on the water.
Did it have full hookups?
@@WaywardWaggs yes. We've never had a bad CoE camping experience and you're almost always on water or with a water view. Highly recommend.
@@seeking70 Awesome. It is rare to see a COE with full hookups. We will have to check that one out the next time we are in the area.
Hey from White Hall!!!!!! WPS!!!!!
Awesome ❤️
Thanks Robin 😁

Those stairs were crazy steep. Everything is so tight. There is no way we could have been sub people.
Cool place, my daughter got married at the Old Mill... Head up to Heber Springs, COA campgrounds... good trout fishing..
That would be a beautiful wedding spot.
Love your video’s, you guys are so cool! ❤️

They are a rare breed for sure.
I worked in confined spaces for several years doing my job but a submarine is a bit much. More power to the ones that did serve on them.
It's a little too snug for my taste.
LOL, cigars, blue dress and wife under the desk!! LOL.. You're my kind of guy... I mean for being friends! Don't read into that too much! LOL
🤣
I do enjoy your videos. You two are just too cute.
Thanks Adelene! 😊
Hope you visited game & fish comm. museum across river in river mkt. area.
Cool beans.
We didn't make it to that one. We'll have to stop there the next time we are in Little Rock.

Was that a real life Turducken at the Grist Mill 5:39 into the video. Anyone else catch that? ;0)
🤣
Nice, good job. And you GO GIRL, dress the way you want hehehe I do.
Thank you! 🤣
FACT. There are more aircraft in the ocean than Submarines in the Sky.
🤣

We were bummed that we couldn't go in because of protocol. We'll try again next time.

That intro was so off putting and I hate to say it since I enjoy most of what you guys post
Sorry you didn't like it. Was there anything specific that made you not like it? We always welcome constructive criticism. It makes us better.
@@WaywardWaggs I might have been reading too much into it. Anything political turns into a nightmare for me 🤮
