honestly speaking as a ghanaian, after diving deep into mi's music for a while i can boldly say that mi is lyrically inclined than sarkodie but that doesn't make him much of a better rapper than sarkodie because rap as a genre consists of so many elements like flow, punch line, word play, story telling, rhythm and rhyme...nevertheless, sarkodie started off as a battle rapper from the streets and that's actually what got him fame in the whole country even before he had his first hit song....he never lost a battle in his whole career but he had to switch from being a lyrical rapper to much of the other elements of rap in order to appeal to the international audience since he wanted to do that by rapping in his native language cause a punch line in twi would only be understood by a minute portion of ghanaians not even every ghanaian cause that language is one of the most lyrically deep languages on the continent.....mi is a lyrically dope rapper but all round, he never come close to sarkodie even he himself admitted in his tweet "I'd proudly be second to King
