Reddit Post at r/nba "FINAL UPDATE: Tracking Wemby's Blocks on ESPN's Top 100 Players This Season" has all the data. Wemby has blocked 147 different players, including 58 players on the ESPN top 100. That's a 1/3 of the entire league, or almost equivalent to blocking every starter on every team. Its the Wemby Era now.
Who said he wasn't enough physical ? It's a joke 😂.. With his 190 pounds he's more heavy than lot of other guys.. With his tall and hyperlaxity he doesn't put on too much pounds. He'll feel out with age and do continue to renfeirced his muscles and stay supple to protect his tendons. He played against Bodybuilded adults since he was 15..he's exceptionnaly résistant What a marvellous guy.. Him and all of our others marvellous athletes are one of our last reasons to continue to be proud to be French😢❤🇨🇵..

He truly is an alien this guy just materializes to whoever has the ball add blocks them, I don't know if it was Steph Curry that said you think you got to beat then you turn around and there he is.
Wemby is blocking shots from 3point range, mid range, fade aways, and under the rim. He did those by Face to face, or popping up from anywhere, from 1-5 position players. I cant name another guy can do such things. When we talk about how effective and special fadeaways can be to avoid blockshots, this guy has successfully challenged this theory. Looking forward to a more complete SPURS team to show us the best of him , front office has to do something right (from a team only signing elderlies to a team only signing youngsters, that's too extreme).
Actually interstingly he was always there when it mattered most: Gobert, Lebron, Giannis, Chet, and so many other stars, like he is driven by the challenge. That's what makes me so excited about for the next seasons
@@franckozzy7979it's perrhaps true because he knowed he can't win. And I can't imagine he didn't think to French Olympics Games too.. It's the biggest and better training.

I love your analyse.. Enormous. With Rudy, it will be so nice for my French Team for Olympic's games.. ❤🇫🇷
The Block on chet for the win and the ROY title was the best
he had already won ROY before that. that just shut down the few doubters
He led the league in blocks as a rookie and missed 11 games while averaging only 29 minutes a game. This isn't even his final form.
He’s gonna have a tyreek evans career
First block as a NBA player is against Kyrie, gotta be a good feeling😂💯
Some of these blocks should be recorded as 1 block + 1 steal at the same time😂
Yeah that's the most impressive
7 out of 10 blocks result in his team recovering the ball
@@davidvincent380 I think it's when Victor blocks and recovers the ball all in one motion there were quite a few times he did that in this video

Not showing off.
Just helping the team

29 minutes

At least 50% of the blocks were embarrassing... 😉 😉😉
The last 🚫 was jokic.
7 blocks on Jokic this season.
Wiggins got blocked like 2-3 times each game by Wemby, he should get a fidelity card or something 😅😂
🤣🤣
His reflect is unbeliveble
it's pure instinct at this level
Wemby is a great nightmare to NBA
The modern version of Wilt: just longer than everyone else on the court, and at least as skillful and athletic.
Lmaooo 34 minutes worth of blocks from his rookie season and then knowing he did it in as few minutes as he did is just insane
