How does the sage compare to the Yomega Maverick? And which one would you suggest for string tricks? I've been a Yomega fan since childhood but I am considering my options.
I don't have a clue. I guess you can research the specs of each. I like The Sage because you can switch out the bearing for a responsive anytime. I also like the plastic because if you're just learning how to do tricks, when you get smacked in the hand, it won't hurt as much. I hope this helps. Thank you so much for watching!
i couldn't find this yoyo because they can't ship it to my country. but now i found the sage yoyo from a local shopping app! and I'm planning on buying it :)
My issue is that it comes back after I throw it really hard but if you do a trick longer than 5 seconds long its so unresponsive it doesn't come back and I even have to bind it sometimes even thought it should be very responsive
That is weird. You have to cushion your throw. Place you non-throw hand in front of you near your belly button and when you throw the yoyo, hit your non throw hand with your throw hand. Also, make a slight jerk of your throw hand to cushion your throw. See if that helps. My sage has never went unresponsive unless I switch out the bearing. Try cleaning it and place thick yoyo lube. i recommend you double looping your string on the bearin. it will become more responsive
