I for sure needed this today. Went to bed at 5:30am, knowing that I'd regret when I inevitably would wake up early anyways. Felt groggy all day because of it and I couldn't do the things that I wanted to do today at the level that I know I'm capable of doing them because of it. It has me irritable, but watching this video in the dark is making everything better.

Great video as always. I really enjoyed this one. I love the pillow & blanket that you got. I used to always sleep on my stomach but it made me very hungry when i woke up in the morning so i stopped sleeping like that. I love to sleep on my side as it the most comfortable but it can get painful. So, i will constantly find myself switching from side to side as one side goes numb. Sleeping on my back is comfortable, but if i wake up I will have a sore throat. So, i try not to lay like that, but always wake up on my back. lol. But, my best sleep is when i wake up next to you. lol. jk. Hope to see more videos from you soon.
