He does not eat or cook Indian food because most of the items require oils ( fats). It is best to get rid of them. Post moving to Tokyo, I have got rid of all indians foods as they are not healthy unless you do some pure veggies salad or something that does not have fat and less calories.

hii Sir!! may you please say about the camera and the microphone that you use to record your vlog?? It has been a while since I'm watching your vlogs and I'm loving it!! you're doing great and I also have a plan to spend a certain amount of time of my life in Japan.
The best way to cook oatmeal is with water and apples. After it cooked then add almond milk ( it should be without carrageenan ) bananas , cinnamon and you can also add a tablespoon of either peanut butter or mixed nut butter or almond butter. It gives a nice thickness and flavor to the oatmeal.

Lot of food companies add a product called “ carrageenan “ to extend the shelf life of the plant based milk which is not good for the body.
Any plant based milk should only have two ingredients. Like almonds and water or oats and water or soy and water or cashew and water . Nothing more. So always check the list of ingredients at the back of the carton.
Or you can easily make almond milk at home.
