No this is where the line ends. But it's been a great run and a huge success. Canada has been moved forward by Marsh faster than anyone predicted, the team is gelled well and is playing together. And they will be obliterated by Argentina, likely 3-0 or 4-0. That's ok though, the success has already been achieved.

He replaced Marcello Bielsa mid-season and survived relegation in the last minutes of the 38th game on a goal by Raphina. The next year, relegated, all the while having a mid-table team. He talks well tho in front of the cameras, always positive. Maybe he's improved through failures past. I hope that's the case. Suggestion: watch the movie 'The Damned United', based on a true story & in full on YT. You won't regret it. Cheers.

To give you some idea how big this win is, living down here in Brazil, Canada will actually be on the main television network here for the first time EVER, when they take to the field against Argentina. Any Brazilian i talk to down here when the subject of Canada is brought up, is like; " Yeah i know Canada. Lots of cold, right?" It's time to change the narrative on Canada as a soccer nation. If they do the unimaginable Tuesday and win, they could face Brazil in the final. Of the Copa. Wrap your mind around that a few times.

That's cool! Here in Canada, soccer fans seem to be simply happy to be in semis. I, for one, would be over the moon if they even get a single goal against Argentina on Tuesday LOL. I know many Brazilians living here in Toronto and they are sooo great about becoming Canadians--ambitious, well-educated, linguistically brilliant, positive energy all the time, etc.. Yeah, they still complain about the cold winters, though🤣, and--surprisingly--about the humid heat in the summer, too.

So proud of the team! The boys did well! And im super happy they made it through BUT that said, they were playing mls soccer not football. They should be proud and celebrate they made a semi final but they also need to think ahead and clean up, be more tactical and clinical in finishing, and not make such rookie mistakes when youre up one nil, there's no reason crepeau should have been so high up, no, no, goals come from anywhere, anyone at any distance, they cant leave the net empty like that, hopefully they learn from that mistake, they got lucky this night but another night could have been different but it's Go d experience, now they need to be more clinical cuz they aint scoring and practice those penalty shots, lots to work on but lots of good things too! Keep it up, theyre growing and adapting, its great traits for the future of the team and promising or football ⚽ in Canada! Lets go! Be smart 🤓💪
I do wish the pitches were in proper conditions and stadiums cuz its clearly affecting the performances but it is an advantage for mls players and canada cuz they're not used to a real pitch so it kind of looks like the lowered the quality for the sake of hosting it in the usa and money which is a damn shame cuz these SA teams at 100% would be an even better experience for Canada or the "lesser" inexperienced teams but ok wtv i digress, it is still a good experience, it just could have been better tournament if the pitches were proper pitches.
