I'm looking for something that can help improve the quality of my sleep. I don't need to wear a ring to confirm that I have poor sleep. That's pretty obvious already. The big question is how to get improved quality sleep?
if I can be honest... this is so sad, its 2016, sleep trackers have been on the market for years and you start only now... I have been using a jawbone up 2 which tracks light, deep and rem sleep...
+Nicola lavin Have you gotten an answer on this yet? I am participating in the BETA testing of the device on ME/CFS patients. I contacted Suzanne when I first saw her early post on this some time ago. I believe the Bateman Center will be conducting a crowd fund campaign in 2016 but right now they need to beta test the device on ME/CFS patients because most wearable devices are optimized for healthy people. The Ouraring recovery algorithm is for healthy folks, so they first need to determine whether it will work for MECFS and through BETA testing will get a baseline for that subject group. You may reach her more directly on Facebook and can do so by tagging her on the post I just shared there about this. Best, Claudia

How are you picking people for this study. Do you have to be a patient at the Bateman Horne centre or can anyone apply?Really enjoyed this talk.

Finally I am taking Ambien after years of sot sleeping well or not sleeping at all. It works really well and had helped my fatigue mentally a little
are you planning a research for fibromyalgia?
calling this innovative is a bit offensive. Thank you anyways, sleep is so central for us...
