  • Blurry stuff in front of your subjects can kill clarity and contrast. In this video show you a very effective way to remove them using Photoshop.
Gear I used to get this shot:
    Nikon D850 (main camera): amzn.to/2IfoZPs
    Nikon 500mm f/5.6E PF lens: amzn.to/2WyblJe
Sometimes you'll have stuff in front of your subject. In some cases this can be fixed fairly easily. Hope this helps!

Took me a while to see the branch in question - very interesting technique to create a useful fix.

Excellent tutorial..clear and concise and a nice even flow and delivery = nice to watch....As a newbie to Lr and Photoshop, I have some similar images as the one in your demonstration, a male Robin as a matter of fact, with similar distractions on a couple..The whole process of post-editing seems rather daunting (a lot to take in, understand and learn), but I've got the basics of importing and organising down and done a couple of basic edits in Lr, which were reasonable for a first effort (a little oversaturated maybe), but not delved into Photoshop yet...So, I will follow this tutorial with a fresh unedited image and see how I get on...I'm looking at the whole process of learning these techniques, from importing and developing to exporting, the same as tackling a jigsaw puzzle, one piece at a time...…Liked and subscribed.

Does this technique work only with a blurd out forground element against a blurd out backgeound. Does it work a slight busy backgeound.
