    Lucy dumping the glass and Dorothy saying "There's 152 ingredients" has taken me OUT! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
    I just ordered the entire Hocus Pocus candle collection! Can't wait to smell them!

    Hi Eric, great haul and videos 😊 Goose creek did a great job this year on their fall and halloween candle packaging. They're all so cute 🎃 I don't often buy goose creek but this year there are a lot of them that I'd like to get 😁. The only one from goose creek I have is the Trick or Treat candle in large jar, I love it. Sorry some of your candles arrived broken, I'm always afraid about that 😱. Have a lovely weekend.

    Oh no usually goose creek always ships so well! But their cs is good so I'm sure your replacements will be shipped quickly! I love their packaging this year with the pumpkin pictures and cute drawings, definitely more my preference than last year!

      Oh yeah I prefer the bbw cs chat or call than email too. You gotta wait for a response then sometimes go back and forth and I never had a broken candle but did have some wick issues and they did ask for a picture too when bbw is so quick to accept the fact it was damaged and will correct it right away!

      I definitely like the jar styles this year. Thats why I ended up buying so many. Yeah, this was the first time I had any candles damaged. I think I'm just not used to having to email in pictures. I'm sure they'll take care of it pretty quick. 😊

      Oh yes last year I especially had terrible trouble with broken candles and wrong or missing candles! The first time I ever ordered from them was Black Friday of last year and it took 3 weeks to get the order and 5 were so shattered they literally arrived with no glass just the candle wax rolling around! The jars were in 1000 pieces and covered the whole order it was so bad! They replaced the broken items but most had sold out already so was upset and the replacements didn’t arrive until after Christmas if you can believe it! I almost never ordered from them again. But I eventually did and continued having trouble. They finally told me they were going to start packaging differently and it has gotten better. But not perfect.

      @@jeannegeiger4750 this was the first time I ever had a broken candle from them. So I was probably overdue. The crates that they shipping in now seem to help a lot!

    Yea a few times my moms goose creeks orders were broken I havent had an issues but hey it happens

      For me it was a light medium throw. I really like the scent though.😀

    I got three crushed orders in a row,seems like they havent improved on shipping. The taking a photo didn't bother me,it took seconds and they resent order out again(crushed)

      This was first time I got broken candles from Goose Creek, so I'm sure I was overdue. Wow, you got them crushed a second time too! I hope they eventually got that straightened out! 🤔

      Omg I’ve had the same thing happen to me! I had so many problems in the beginning with them yes it eventually got resolved but took forever especially because I’m on the west coast Seattle area and I swear they ship by horse and buggy to out here!

    Lol I love the little clips between the candle reviews ...writing down the recommendation ...these video definitely came in handy.....im experience with gc about broken candles/ wrong candle sent to me ...gc just give me gift cards that covered the candles cost & shipping fees

      Awe, Im glad you like the clips! That means a lot to me! I've never had a broken candle from Goose Creek before, so this was a first for me. I'm sure I was overdue for a broken candle. 😂 Thanks for letting me know how they handled your broken/wrong candles being shipped. A gift card would be fine, I could just reorder the candles that way! 😊

    I do agree with a phone call vs. email only. GC responds quickest by email, but a rep will absolutely call you back after leaving a voicemail.
    But regarding GC & BBW on their broken policies, they are on two very very different levels. BBW is a billion dollar company where GC isn't even close to half that. GC cannot afford to be "taken advantage" of like BBW. And I promise you, there are people that completely try to get something for nothing.

      I absolutely agree with you. I totally understand why GC has the policy they do. This is the first time I've ever had anything damaged from GC so there's a bit of a learning curve for me. I'm definitely overdue for a broken candle from GC. I've learned a lot from everyone who has been commenting on this. 😀

      @@ericandcompanytoo I have had probably 2-3 broken candles over a NUMBER of years. And they sent me a wrong candle once, as well. I have had stellar customer service experiences from GC any time I've needed to reach out. They will make whatever right & (usually) send a $5 gift card.
