Oh my God!! This composition is a masterpiece! I love the way in which a mystical and an epic part come together! Especially the mystical ones!! Let's hope to see more soundtracks like these! And of course, congratulations to the entire orchestra, they have done an excellent job!!
Gebe ich dir zu 100% recht. Ich habe mich sowieso schon gefragt warum James Horner nicht die Musik für den 2 Teil gemacht hat aber geht ja nicht weil er schon seit 8 Jahren tot ist. Und Simon franglen kommt an ihn niemals ran. Aber da sieht man auch wieder wie wichtig die Filmmusik ist und wieviel sie ausmacht. Ohne die gute Filmmusik sind viele Filme oder die meisten nicht das was sie sind. Sieht man ja auch total bei Titanic.
I like them both, for different reasons. A1's score is the most iconic, but I actually find the A2 score more emotional and I absolutely love the main Songcord theme that runs throughout. Other standouts are Payakan and From Darkness To Light. I also find the action themes more powerful.

Schön gespielt. Ich mag zwar die Klavier-Cover-Version lieber, das tut aber der Leistung der Musiker hier keinerlei Abbruch. Man kann sich heute echt besser Filmmusik, Klassik und Neoklassik anhören als diesen ganzen widerwärtigen, austauschbaren Müll, den die Popkultur hervorbringt. In den besagten Genres begegnen einem wenigstens noch Emotionen und sowas wie musikalische Finesse, bei der sich jemand etwas gedacht hat.
