I love the sound of a classic wooden coaster. I also prefer turns that are banked the right way so my old spine doesn't get wrecked like on modern hybrids.
It looks like shivering timbers at Michigan’s Adventure. Is it the same ride from a different location? I’ve been at shivering timbers and it was painful lol
@@shelbywilkinson3601 haha i’m in liberty lake (mhm the snobby rich area get me out please) and it takes like 35-40 min to get there but it’s my fav place to go
Smooth????? I was there yesterday and that thing felt like it gave me a concussion after it made me just appreciate Stunt Pilot even more that is the best ride in the park by a mile
my favorite coaster!! and i hate rollercoasters! went on it backwards for the first time during scarywood last month (i’ve been too scared to do it every other year!!). so much fun!!
i remember during October when they turn this theme park into "scarywood" they would put the carts on this ride backwards and ironically it was less scary this way lol, i was literally just talking to the guy next to me during the whole thing, still a cool experience!
The first time I went in this ride was when I was eight, and it was my first roller coaster ever that was not a little kids one and I did not like it. But now it’s been about 4 years and I lovvveee it it’s so fun! It is very jerky-not the smoothest-, but still really recommend it.
I just rode it yesterday, Idk if it is just me but this ride was way bumpier and shakier that’s it originally was before and and at one point made a really loud noise that was weird
I took my 8 year old on it today as his first real coaster, and I think I traumatized him. It really was extremely jerky, bumpy, shaky. It wasn't the speed or drios that got me, but the fact that I felt like my neck or spine was going to break. I'm in my mid thirties now, but spent my teens and twenties riding coasters (including wooden ones), and this is not hot I remember them. Maybe I just do prefer the more modern ones? I don't know.
I might go on this ride tomorrow! I’ve never been on a rollercoaster before, and this one seems the least scary, but at the same time this ride goes FAST AS HELL! I’m pretty nervous, any tips?
I can't ride this thing anymore. I've done so since it was the Grizzly. But nowadays you basically need a neck brace to ride the thing without getting off it feeling broken.
I finally convinced my sister to go in her first “big” roller coaster we are going next week but it comes at a price for me I have to do all her chores for the weekend if she actually goes on it Edit turns out someone caught it on fire and now we can’t go on it
They only negative thing about this coaster and the other woodie at silverwood is one train system and for how popular the parks getting it needs to change to two trains
Personally I hated this one. I was bumping around so much my glasses fell off. And during the ride when it was bumping around, I pulled my back muscle and it STILL hurts. That one is a no for me.
Your kidding me right.... you must be a troll, have you ever even ridden this? Don't talk unless you've actually ridden this. I don't expect you to respond though, since your probably a troll.

If there's one positive thing to focus on during this pandemic, it's the amount of limelight these lesser known coasters are getting 👍
Stop calling it a pandemic its nothing of the kind

@@JonnyParker- you still stand by your point?

I went on this with my friend and screamed, "FOR CAMILOOOOOO!" on the way down. Man, it must be great to be my friend! 😊
A good old classic "out and back".
My favorite roller coaster! So glad that so many others enjoy it too!
Brings back memories from the old days when this had buzz bars.
Glad im not the only one who misses them greatly
Nothing better than the Mac Photo Booth roller coaster
Omg, I love this ride! (And tremors)
Best theme park ever
I’ve been 32 times 😁
Wow!
Mr Coller Roaster it’s really fun
32!?!? I’ve been to my *home park* like 10
Bubble Gaming it takes us 6 hours to get there but it’s worth it
Rogerdog 23 it looks like a great theme park 👍👍👍
Great 4K POV, I’ve missed this type of content and I’m glad it’s back
OMG I LIVE IN IDAHO!!! I’ve been on that coaster, it’s so fun! It took me and my family like 6hours to drive there tho 😑
Idaho *BEEG*
Imao I live in washington but in Spokane so it only takes about 40min to get there I’m actually going this week
It took six hours to drive but I live in Portland
@@shelbywilkinson3601 Same.
Every year for Grandparents day, I go to Silverwood. I tried this ride last year and I LOVED IT!!
@@shelbywilkinson3601 haha i’m in liberty lake (mhm the snobby rich area get me out please) and it takes like 35-40 min to get there but it’s my fav place to go
This thing is an airtime monster. Riding in the back is easily the most fun I've had on a coaster.
Best in the park! (Well, probably under Aftershock, but that was closed on my visit 😔). Absolutely fantastic and smooth ride.
Smooth????? I was there yesterday and that thing felt like it gave me a concussion after it made me just appreciate Stunt Pilot even more that is the best ride in the park by a mile

@@605coasters Yeah I thought the same thing I went a couple years ago and really liked it but yesterday it was brutal
Good old-fashioned wooden coaster, the best !
love this channel
Loved this coaster!!
Fun fact, this is the rollercoaster in the mac photobooth app
my favorite coaster!! and i hate rollercoasters! went on it backwards for the first time during scarywood last month (i’ve been too scared to do it every other year!!). so much fun!!
Tremors gets all the love but this ride was a gem, an incredible experience in about half the wait time as opposed to Tremors! This was my childhood!
The helix looks like it would provide some nice laterals😎
It looks so damn mellow from this perspective
Nice out and back coaster.
Went on in today, no regrets. I almost flew out of my seat on the big drop though

I road this today! So much fun!
This thing in the back row is insane, first half is amazing but it is held back by the second half
It's definitely a back car ride.
You'll experience big time weightlessness.
As a resident, I know how interesting and cool this is.

I prefer the one in Karts and Coasters
This was my first big roller coaster
Wait this looks familiar... Isn't this the coaster from the old photo booth filter?
It is!!!
I love SILVERWOOD we went ther couple days ago and that was my first time going on it
Seems like a relatively smooth ride for a woody not that I can actually tell from just watching a video
I rode it just yesterday.
It's the 'oldest' coaster at Silverwood. It's not very smooth. The corners are very bumby. Especially the helix at the end.
Prolly the worst roller coaster of the major ones at silver wood and the most unsmooth wooden roller coaster I’ve ever rid
@@adamwilliams5264 I haven't been since 2017, but I recall Tremors being much less smooth.
how good is the airitme on this thing?
Looks great
Pretty good ejector airtime. Ops usually don't staple you either
Great job!
An old classic rumbling since '96.
This is a good coaster!

Me and my cousin went on timber terror can't remember when but it was BACKWARDS.
My first roller coaster
What kind of camera/GoPro are you using these days?
Mounted GoPros 🥺

It’s like shivering timbers at Michigan Adventure but smaller.
