I have an example: Fanny is our gorgeous, funy, charming, smart, endearing, slim, young, blonde, belgian, english teacher. Is this sentence correct? because right, yes it is. Please post videos more often. We miss you!. As always, greetings from Colombia.
Hi, I get confused with this order: 1. a calm (general) unmediated (specific) remote (origin) place 2. a pretty (general) educated (specific) young (age) rustic (origin) girl Are they correct?
Hey there teacher Fanny just watching you make me feel happy because it's mean to me another amazing and useful lesson hands down.👌 P.S. I've learned a lot from you for that I will be forever grateful.
Hello. I'm confused because in the cambrigde dictionary the adjectives order are diferent It's Opinion Size Shape * Age * Colour You put Opinion Size Age * Shape * Colour So wich one is correct?
Could you pleas clarify why different sources tells different order of these two adjectives: age and shape? Some sources claim that shape should go before age. Another sources tells that age should go before shape. Is this difference related to British / American English?
This is not an exact science. There will be exceptions to the adjective order. If you are looking for a 100% strict rule, you will not find it. Please consider this as a good guide not a rule.
Does anyone know why the adjective order sounds wrong when out of order? I never heard of adjective order before and some out of order phrases seem ok but many sound wrong.
Present simple: "These books are interesting." Past simple: "These books were on the table yesterday." Future simple: "These books will be donated tomorrow." So, "these" can be used with any tense, as long as it fits the context. What’s important is that "these" refers to something plural and close by, either in time or location.
... and!... from now on, instead of requesting you Tubes...not to show Ads-in-between the"Lessons"!...I have to leave every informative-Videos "in-between!!"....Right?!...or, can I have other options?!...I don't think so!....bye!... and I am not sorry for not watching this full lesson!... have to leave for fear of 'advertisement-in-between'.....And!...So, those who hate people learning English...and speaking it too...can fire "Crackers and rejoice"....(many in India, I guess!)....(No Offence meant!)...?!...☺️🍀

Hi,
I get confused with this order:
1. a calm (general) unmediated (specific) remote (origin) place
2. a pretty (general) educated (specific) young (age) rustic (origin) girl
Are they correct?
Yes but nobody would utter these sentences. I suggest practicing with real and practical sentences that people would actually say.

Hello.
I'm confused because in the cambrigde dictionary the adjectives order are diferent
It's
Opinion
Size
Shape *
Age *
Colour
You put
Opinion
Size

So wich one is correct?
There is no 100% strict rule. Consider these as guides but in all cases you can find exceptions.

Does anyone know why the adjective order sounds wrong when out of order? I never heard of adjective order before and some out of order phrases seem ok but many sound wrong.
There is an adjective order that should be used 95%. Sometimes the order will be a little off, but it usually follows the order in this video.

Thank you for listening.
5th correct
good
Excuse me, I am not native speaker, but by me when we use 'these' we should use the present simple, nof the past simple
Present simple: "These books are interesting."
Past simple: "These books were on the table yesterday."
Future simple: "These books will be donated tomorrow."
So, "these" can be used with any tense, as long as it fits the context. What’s important is that "these" refers to something plural and close by, either in time or location.
British accent 😄
