    Dealing with harm and existential OCD. I live in fear of myself and it is so incredibly exhausting. My meds don't feel like they are working like they used to.. how doni accept these themes or thoughts when I feel that harming someone violently is the worst thing a human can do.. it's absolutely unacceptable to me. Please advise on how to do this?
