The problem is that kids need STEM introduction at home. Parents need to cultivate that early at childhood teach that they can dream to make it big in that industry too. Second, companies can begin to trust black people can be great engineers as well and perhaps work on nepotism in IT fields.

Who probably has just as much money as he attained through music, via tech. So chamillionaire does have good information. He actually went to school for computer tech, So he knows.
