Gracie Combatives Training Vlog Day 14 - Class 8: Elevator Sweep + Rear Takedown (2nd Time)

Today's class was amazing! We worked on the Elevator Sweep and the Rear Takedown, two of my favorite Gracie self defense techniques.
This was my second time taking the class, however, it was what happened before the lesson that really stood out!
