this guy would not last a single day in a high end restaurant, but his recipes look great and he seems like a crazy good home cook, that’s usually what people mean when they say someone’s not a chef
@@Potent_Techmology People don't eat it just because it's "a baby". Unfortunately, or not (not gonna discuss bout it), that meat is more tender than it would be if it was an older lamb. Even the flavor changes with the age of the animal. Maybe u only saw lamb, but for example in some parts of europe, "baby" pigs are also a tradition, and same with cows from all over the world. For example here in portugal (for cow, which is the most normal) we have: vitela, novilho, vaca (first from 5-9 months of age with max 180kg; secound from 9 months up to 24 months and with more than 175kg; vaca would be the literal meaning of cow, which is considered to be if the animal has over 200kg). So you see, it's incorporated, and in some types of foods, there's traditions involved too. Also, typically, the younger the animal, the more expensive it goes for ( because of the more tender meat, more flavorful, etc.)
Goat cheese is so good! Put it on a fresh slice of sourdough just after it finishes baking and resting with some butter and maybe even honey and it is amazing
Just wondering as someone who really loves to cook and experimenting with different flavors, I am allergic to pistachios, and was wondering if there was something else I could use that is similar to the flavor of pistachios? I would love go try this!
For whatever reason any type of lamb meat I ever bought in the US smells gross (including halal and organic $30 /lb ones). Try the same rack of lamb with just salt in the Middle East and you understand how quality lamb should taste like.
@@grandemaisonfleuries7830 Idk man, I’d honestly just add way less seasoning, I like the actual taste of the meat. I’m an “only salt and pepper on steak” kind of guy. If you NEED that much seasoning to enjoy what you make, wouldn’t you argue it’s you who can’t cook?
you're such a good cook bro. this looks delectable! 👏
Most indubitably
I concur. This looks scrumptious, indeed.
should we be eating baby animals in 2024 tho?
ffeels like let it grow up a bit
@@Potent_Techmologylamb just means sheep, and people have been eating it for a while and don’t really plan to stop
Lamp is baby sheep but nobody cares bruh it taste good
This guys bio says he’s “not a chef” and then he makes this💀
Bro is an amazing chef.
i agree, but it he is likely just trying to say hes not a certified chef with official qualifications from a university or something like that

kinda sucks to think we're eating 12 month old baby mammals because of "tradition" or "it taste good"
@@Potent_Techmology shut up man
@@Potent_Techmologyyes, yes I should.
This is my favorite idea you’ve come up with. Definitely trying this.
That sauce looks f’ng incredible!! Yum!
I love how much people enjoy experimenting with delicious foods

This must be the goddess of goats and lambs😂

Goat cheese is so good yet so underrated
Chef Cuso you are amazing brotha!
Honestly, i wanna be this guy when i grow up
That looks so good
Why do chefs on social media have to dip their food into the sauce like a baby getting baptized
I’ve never loved pistachio lamb. It always feels like too much pistachio and not enough lamb, just feels distracting.
President Jimble approved
I’m allergic to pistachios, but you made me hungry.
I’m still recovering from the Surf n Turf 😭
The Looks G.O.A.T.
Insaneeee bro you’re on another level!! 💪🏼💯🔥

When Im officially rich I’m going to make Cuso a personal chef offer he cannot refuse 😮💨🔥 I need this kinda eating daily.
I love lamb bro that looks delicious
I’m allergic to pistachios but I think the taste would make the reaction worth it
Jesus Christ that looks amazing
I've had pistachio crusted chicken fried steak. It was delicious!
I just got coronary artery disease from watching this.
Meat tastes better when it is not raw, but ready. In addition, as for me, you can be poisoned by raw meat, even if it is a little raw.
Always something new
Chef CUSO 🔥
why would you need a recipe to love lamb forever... lamb on its own makes you love eating lamb forever
SH*T!!!!! LOOKS SO DELICIOUS!!!!!
Wow! Looks amazing !
Been wanting to try lamb for a long tomo
"All-natural breadcrumbs"?
What have I been using all this time, sawdust?
disrespectful to cut anything off of an nz lamb. you guys get the higher quality cuts than the locals and still do this
wow. hell yes. wooh you laid a new one on me. ill definitley be doing this recipe.
Man i hate that these channels pop up AFTER i have dinner cuz now im hungry again
Ive never had lamb but this looks good
It’s got a kind of strong ish taste like especially in the fatty part

Other nuts, almonds or seeds should work.
Nice night 💫✨💫👍👌👍
Heavy crem. And damn that's a lot of seasonings but i imagine it's delicious. I don't know how anyone could not like lamb.
Mary had a little lamp...and it's fleece was pistachios

Ngl, "All Natural Breadcrumbs" sounds like a scam to me. Like wtf are not natural breadcrumbs 😭 😭 😭
I'd like to make this but I don't have enough thyme to do stuff like this
You should start your own restaurant I think you can give Gordon Ramsay a challenge if you do start a restaurant invite me
Raw
It's not rare its unheard of
Need your own food truck
bro made 0% greek 100% greek food looks bussin
Looks great, but it's ruined because of spilling the sauce when dipping
The guy literally burned it 💀💀💀
did you drop it in gravel?
Why did you use like 5 pepper flakes?😂 Looks good tho
How would you go cooks a brisket without a smoker?
I dare you to make a steak with Carolina reaper powder
do you always dip your meat too far into the sauce so it drips onto your fingers and sleeves
How do you get the recipe?
Bro im so hungry rn stop it
How long should the lamb be on the smoker?
Lamm is way more tender than beef and Lamm fat is delicious
I NEED IT
Goat cream pause☠️
Except for high blood pressure 😅
Good to look at though
I’m going to california
Looks overseasoned to me. Probably doesn’t even taste like lamb anymore from that massive crust of herbs and spices
